Lovely hotel in Manchester airport facility. Staff were lovely. Special shout out to Toni at breakfast reception so friendly and helpful. Really liked large modern rooms and excellent sound proofing. What wasnt so good was a death defying step at bar area, saw so many people trip up or down it myself included. The reviews implied a regular free shuttle bus to airport terminal... unfortunately they are not frequent (every half hour or so) and cost £15 a ride. Its walkable but was heavy rain we would have been soaked...that was really disappointing felt v misleading.

The hotel was not worth the money, and the whole place required a renovation. The shuttle service to Manchester Terminal 2 is unreliable despite a recommendation from the Hotel. The description on your website is deceiving because it should specify that terminal 2 is a 20-minute walk and terminal 1 is 5 minutes. I would not have booked this hotel if this was clearer.

Everything was as expected and exceptionally clean. Easy to find and plenty of dining options. We stayed in a room with lounge access and if anything could be improved, I would suggest more drinks and snacks options be made available. The lounge was a little underwhelming and as basic as it could possibly be. Besides that though everything was good.

It was very difficult to find. GPS went to the road outside the hotel but there is no access. It would be better if there were signs directly traffic to the hotel with the airport ring road
