We enjoyed our stay at this DoubleTree for our first time in Manchester! Perfect spot as it was close to the AO arena where we planned to go. Front desk gentlemen were very attentive and helpful when we checked in at night and when we asked for supplies. One elevator available at this time but we didn't mind as room was not too high for stairs when needed Exceptional guest service during our three night stay (a priority I consider when choosing hotels). If you want to be close to Piccadilly station, the coach station, and the shops/food variety in Piccadilly, this is a great choice! Great stay!

A few days after returning from your hotel I received a£100 parking fine which if I paid immediately was reduced to£60 I l paid but am upset as I was immediately outside the front door of the hotel and asked when I checked in was it ok to park there. Which I was told that’s fine. Very poor show ! I won’t stay Again which is a shame because everything else was first class Dudley Miller.

Disappointing

Booked two nights (Sunday/Monday as I needed early check in. Arrived hotel 8am monday as planned, easy friendly check in. Managed an hour sleep showered and then went to golf at 12 noon. Got back to hotel around 9pm. And my room have not been cleaned no fresh towels etc Too tired to complain so waited until next day never received any follow Uk from management to apologise
