Unfortunately the lifts were out of action . We were warned a few days before our stay but bit late to swap anything in time . Hoped it would be sorted before our visit but alas no . We were provided a room on second floor but my wife did struggle a bit with here leg especially after walking the town . Also one of the reasons i booked this hotel was the high top bar but un able to make advantage due to above reason . We obviously had to use the stairs which are only meant for fire escape as very 'multi storey carpark ' Apart from that . Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms . Comfy bed and my wife loved the pillows. P.s better suply of cream required as told there wasnt any for an irish coffee night cap

Cleanest room ever!
My sister and I were visiting Manchester for Christmas shopping and the hotel was chosen for its proximity to the train station. It is literally across the road. Staff were friendly, helpful and the rooms were well equipped however the cleanliness of the room was outstanding! Completely immaculate. Would definitely recommend

Sam at reception was excellent, friendly and very helpful. The lifts were out and he couldn’t have done more for us. Elanda was outstanding later on helping my son and his family when they arrived and sorting car parking for us.

Lovely room. Great view on 10th floor. Nice complimentary snacks. Very clean. Great buffet breakfast in very stylish and cool surroundings/interior. Helpful, friendly & accomodating staff. Everything was good apart from one lift not working so we had to wait a long time to get the lift or tske the stairs. Also the beds and pillows were very soft and not comfortable. All 3 of us had difficulty getting comfortable and so had terrible nights sleep

Check in and check out was painful, I was charged separately for the room, deposit, city tax, parking etc, they processed about six separate payments when they could have taken one, the whole process took way longer than it needed to. I asked for toothpaste in the middle of the night and they said they were busy and needed me to go down to reception for it, when only moments ago they had no problem taking an order to my room…
