My whole experience was bad. The girl with the braids and neck tattoo working the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending towards me and so was the other employee Zeke. I had originally booked one night through Hotels.com but decided to book 2 nights instead. When I tried to modify the reservation on hotels.com the price was significantly more expensive so I figured I'd call the hotel directly and book a 2nd night. I called and spoke to Sasha and she said that was no problem, however, upon arrival to the hotel I was told that they would have to charge me the $100 security deposit twice. I was unaware of this and I told them that I would only be able to pay for the first night then wait til I get paid (I'm traveling for business) then pay for the second night when I get back from work. I asked them if I would have to clear my stuff by check out after the first night and move to another room and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. I was calm and polite but they were incredibly rude to me and acted like I was crazy for asking why they have to charge me the security deposit twice instead of combining two bookings into one. So I paid for the first night, then I woke up to find out that the shower wasn't working. I complained to the front desk and they told me to take it up with corporate and then when I asked for their number, they said they couldn't provide that info. Customer service sucks so I cancelled my 2nd night and will be taking my business elsewhere.
