My whole experience was bad. The girl with the braids and neck tattoo working the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending towards me and so was the other employee Zeke. I had originally booked one night through Hotels.com but decided to book 2 nights instead. When I tried to modify the reservation on hotels.com the price was significantly more expensive so I figured I'd call the hotel directly and book a 2nd night. I called and spoke to Sasha and she said that was no problem, however, upon arrival to the hotel I was told that they would have to charge me the $100 security deposit twice. I was unaware of this and I told them that I would only be able to pay for the first night then wait til I get paid (I'm traveling for business) then pay for the second night when I get back from work. I asked them if I would have to clear my stuff by check out after the first night and move to another room and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. I was calm and polite but they were incredibly rude to me and acted like I was crazy for asking why they have to charge me the security deposit twice instead of combining two bookings into one. So I paid for the first night, then I woke up to find out that the shower wasn't working. I complained to the front desk and they told me to take it up with corporate and then when I asked for their number, they said they couldn't provide that info. Customer service sucks so I cancelled my 2nd night and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The parking was small, but it was safe. The room condition was great; the only thing I would suggest is putting a microwave in the room. The cleaning service was amazing.

Great accommodations at Econo-Lodge in Manchester, N.H.; nice clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, cozy room, tidy and nice furnishings. Unique and interesting conversion from a factory building into a fine hotel. Worth a future stay while in the Manchester area.

My stay at the econo lodge was in Sept 2025. Wifi was horrible! Stayed on the 2nd floor and room was comfortable and clean except for a layer of dirt around the top of the shower ledge. Desk check in was smooth, welcoming and polite. Free breakfast was just cereal, yogurt and a variety of bagels, prewrapped muffins and cinnamon rolls. Average hotel stay for best price in the area. I would stay here again when the price is right.

The property itself was clean and the room was well taken care of. What I found inappropriate was that I said I had service animals when I booked the room and it was accepted. When I arrived at the location check in was smooth, except that the receptionist didn’t know where my room was snd pointed me to the wrong way. That was fine except that the room was right next to the breakfast room. Like they shared a wall. I asked to change rooms and even said u was fine with downsizing. The receptionist hassled me what was wrong with the room they assigned me. I was coming in late and wanted to sleep in and I figured there was going to be so much noise of people going in an hour of the room. There was. So I just ok and went to get my service dogs. When I brought them back in she demanded to see their registration.and if I didn’t provide it that I would be charged for them. I told her there is no service dog registration in the US as per ADA but I could show her my DOT form that I use when I fly with them. So I showed her and went to go to my room and she stopped me and said “well they aren’t service dogs because they aren’t wearing their vest” again ADA does not require service dogs to wear a vest to be service dogs. I told her that and she said that she needed to check with a co-worker to see if that was true. I asked to go to my room and she could come find me if she needed “additional information”. The workers should all be trained on how to handle these situations and what to ask

It’s quite ice machine on first floor broken for all 6 days of my stay then I had an issue where my tub was dirty even after room service had been in to clean room then I had to find room service to replace cups that we used and to replace towels and toilet paper

Inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Breakfast offered does not include any hot food (like eggs, bacon, etc.). Room looks like it’s been a while since it’s been updated. Service isn’t great. Bed was comfortable and did get a good night sleep though the room had an odd smell.

When the room is cleaned, I still had to ask for extra toilet paper had to ask for extra towels ice machine on the first floor has been broken for at least four days no coffee pot in the room is no microwaves had to ask for cups after using them after staff came to clean Had to track down staff to ask for cups
