The “breakfast” consisted of weak coffee and packets of energy bars. No joke. The “kitchens” are useless. Empty cupboards, not a single piece of silverware and a noisy full size refrigerator, older than my grandmother. The walls are paper thin allowing the low voice of the guest next to me to penetrate into my room all night long vibrating the wall studs like an oboe. No kidding, j turned on the lamp at one point during the night and the clock said 4:30 a.m. I half-expected his interlocutor who barely got a word in edgewise to pull out a pistol and put the guy out of his and our misery. Perhaps a bulldozer could be applied to this whole out-dated hotel and the owners could start over with a better product.

Has bad reviews for a reason
Entire floor smelled like shrimp. First impression with the room was a lamp that didn't work, turned out entire outlet it was connected to did not work. No hand soap in bathroom. The front desk reached out shortly after arriving to see if we were satisfied with the room. I mentioned the outlet not working and they offered either a 20% reimbursement. Was informed during check out should receive in 1-2 days. A week later I called back and was informed the reimbursement was never processed. An unpleasant experience that would've been resolved was exacerbated by their inability to follow through.

Additional charges of $350 for my 2 dogs to stay 10 days, nothing.on your website think the desk clerks pocketed the money. No receipts were ever given for the stay or for the dog charges

I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. DO NOT stay here with a pet. I have no idea when the last time they vacuumed under the bed. Our five pound dog came out with all kinds of things in his mouth. Being that size, an excess amount of sugar could send him into diabetic shock. I spoke to the front desk and told him about this and he seemed unconcerned. I asked for a manager but conveniently none was on site. I explained that I was not able to stay there due to the condition of the facility and requested a refund. This was Saturday 10/5/24 night at 5pm. We were forced to miss an event and I have yet to be contacted about the issue.
