Lobby smelled like smoke, room smelled of bleach and toilet overflow. Old carpets. We were offered a different room, but had little confidence in the property, so declined and made other arrangements. We were told due to booking through Expedia, could not be guaranteed any refund on nights not used

Both rooms were clean... both rooms because we had to move at 11pm due to no heat/AC in the room. Wall control was completely out of order - blank screen. Room was suffocatingly hot. Ended up moving from our King Bed overlooking a quiet pool to the only available 2 queen bed room overlooking a noisy parking lot. We had an early wake up to attend an event that started at 7:30 am. Refrigerator had to be moved/angled to get the door to close.

Staff were great, very helpful, but the first room they put me in had a broken heater and was stuck on 80 degrees. They moved me to another room, and kindly gave me a slightly larger room, which was appreciated, but it was dirty. In three separate parts of the room I stepped on dried food and other left behind waste. It had clearly not been vacuumed. You know not to expect much but the breakfast food was about the weakest continental breakfast I've ever seen. The hotel is also very awkwardly constructed with rather dodgy parking - expect to walk long distances to get to your room.

The staff was fantastic. The property, halls, rooms complete business was very well kept. Great hot complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anybody. Well done Clarion Inn of Nashua.

Convenient location. Easy check in with personable staff. Great AC. Large comfortable room and bed. Older hotel but very clean. Great breakfast. Cons: close parking to the lobby was very limited. Had to walk from an upper parking lot. No elevator. Room 203 has a large compressor near window that was very loud when on. Nice bathroom except water pressure was variable as well as hot water allowing only one person to shower on weekend mornings. A plumber had been called in Saturday but there was still a problem on Sunday. Ice machine was a long walk from our room. Still a good stay for us.

The staff were good, polite & helpful. The front desk woman was very pleasant when I arrived, & even brought me a blanket right away at my request. My big complaint, or "caveat" for people is that the floor & walls are very thin. I was woken up at 1 am by the people upstairs above me -- they sounded like they were going to come right thru the ceiling. It took a while for them to quiet down... The pool looked nice, altho' I didn't go out. And the breakfast room had some good offerings for breakfast, as well as 24/7 coffee.
