It was a perfect space and stay, but the bathroom in our room had broken lock and we had toddler with us so it was really awkward, also the bathtub wasn't holding water for a bath it kept leaking thru the seal

Check-in man was excellent. Beds comfortable and room quiet. Clean bath and room. Breakfast good and didn’t use pool. Cons: Entryway trash can overflowing and unattractive. Two men smoking at entrance made a wall of smoke- yuck- there should be a smoking area away from door.

My trip started off great but was absolutely horrible. the maintenance workers and the front desk staff were amazing. The room was dirty, had to call maintenance for dresser door that they claimed they already knew about but nobody fixed it til i reported it, I couldnt even close the bathroom door until maintenance fixed it. Yeah fresh sheets, but i was cleaning the a/c, window, fixtures simply because THEY HAVENT BEEN TOUCHED IN MONTHS.

There were terribly noisy and inconsiderate guests in the room above us which, I understand, brought the local police to respond a number of times. When I checked out the employee processing the billing told me I should have called the front desk (at 12:30 am) because I would have been eligible for a Hampton Inn discount. On top of that, when I checked out the charge was $293.89, tax inclusive, when the Expedia booked price including taxes was $253.89. So I wound up paying an extra $40.00 to boot without explanation. A pretty bad look for Hampton Inn and Expedia I would say.

Feel like you slipped out into an area surrounded by woods away from the hustle and bustle. The on-ramp was real close but you wouldn't know it from staying at the hotel
