My room was fine. Clean. What i expected. Only issue was the remote for the TV didn't work properly and made it difficult to watch until they could somewhat fix the following late afternoon. And still was an issue. Other than that, everything else was fine. Breakfast was good and convenient to enjoy. They seem to Only clean the rooms every other day. But they didn't vacuum our carpets. This was a 3 day stay.

When we first arrived (8/14/25), we checked into our room (310) and immediately observed that the bathroom door was broken and would not shut all of the way. The door is a barn door style and would not shut about 10" from the frame of the door. The three bathroom shelves were broken where if any bottles or anything would have been put on them, they would've slid right off. Also, there is a loveseat in the main hotel room, next to the bed and it appeared to be that some ejaculated all over the side of the love seat. I went down and informed the young male at the desk, and he was apologetic and gave us a new room. We then went up to room 423 and it mirrored the previous room in design. We observed a quarter sized deep rust spot int he bathtub (rust cannot be sanitized), there is black mold in the vents of the room air conditioner, black mold on the outside of the smoke detector, the thermostat (not working) appeared to have been in a smoker's home for 30 years and it was a non-smoking room, the room key could not be used through my iPhone 16 (minor issue) and when the hotel room was closed, you could see people walking by in the hallway. Evidently, the door was too small for the frame. At one point, I spoke to one of the housekeepers and voiced my concerns about our stay and she was very apologetic and stated that she was not surprised and that when complaints are made, the desk staff are told to just move guests to another room. 100% will never stay here again.

This Hotel is having some issues

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hall leading to our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The main issue was having to have my license and credit card photo copied and left in a file at the front desk. It was then just left in a file on the front desk not secured at all. At check out was shredded if you asked and watched it being completed . If this is a new policy with Hampton Inns I might consider staying elsewhere. Doing some research I found there was a shooting in a near by hotel. The Hampton Inn itself had a drug sting that got a little out of hand a month or so earlier then our stay. I can’t point a finger at the Hotel . It’s the sad world we’re living in.

Nice hotel could use some updating

Had a great stay. The staff was friendly and accomadating. The jacuzzi tub was very noisy and the fireplace did not work. These items were a little disappointing considering these items make the room more expensive but overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
