The front desk staff are not all equal at this location in terms of their, experience, knowledge base and willingness to help you with whatever you may need… However one of the best front desk staff who maybe perhaps the most impressive I ever have come across at any Holiday Inn Express is Hoor. Hoor is a wonderful representative for Holiday Inn Express a warm and gracious personality who deserves a raise and should be training others at the front desk That is how to properly treat guests and go above and beyond to help in order to ensure those guests experience is exceptional and make those guest want to return again ans again in the future with their family and friends ans guests that will tell others through word of mouth just how good Holiday Inn Express is! Additionally the tall lady who takes care of the breakfast area is very attentive and “on the ball” changing the coffee, ensuring the food is always replaced and never any gaps when the breakfast chaffing dishes are empty… always making sure the tables are cleaned and always friendly and smiling! She deserves a raise … because not all breakfast staff across Holiday Inn Express is as good as she is!

I would like to give my visit a zero star due to the noise and amount of children from a youth hockey time that was allowed to run wild throughout the hotel. The parents did nothing to control their children. The first morning we were woken up to children playing hockey right outside our room door. We had to call twice to get the children to stop playing. Next, we kept hearing children running well past 10:30 from the room above. We notified staff multiple times. The parents did nothing and the lobby as well as the whole hotel became their personal playpen. It was completely unacceptable that the parents did not consider the other guest and that the hotel didn’t remove them due to multiple complaints from different guest.
