Clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast

Very clean hotel, breakfast was very good. It was a very busy service, so the hot food was always fresh, the staff were friendly, cheerful and efficient, despite being clearly very busy. We checked in late at night and the woman on the desk was very cheerful and helpful. Another member of staff helped me to book a taxi back to the airport train station. The only thing about this hotel, is that it is not the Holiday Inn at the airport - it is a taxi ride away or a half hour walk, if you can cope for that far with kids and luggage. We took a taxi from the other Holiday Inn to this one. That was also cheaper, as there is a surcharge for getting a taxi pick up at the airport - so walk somewhere else to get the taxi and book it yourself!

fantastic hotel, makes you feel welcome straight away the reception staff and free breakfast very good, the extras were very handy, if you forgot toiletries they would give you free of charge if you forgot them!!! all in all 10/10

I was very impressed by the Hotel. I usually stay at the Premier Inn, but in future I will be staying with you. It was very clean and all staff were lovely. The only pro for the Premier was a mini bus to take you to the airport, which might be something for you to think about
