The only good thing was the very lovely receptionist on our arrival. Beds were broken and super uncomfortable, breakfast just as bad and no much option apart from bacon beans and bread

The hotel has 2 files for allergens but they were a waste of time as the only alternative they could give me was chicken breast with salad. The breakfast menu had no alternative options. I don't think I would stay there again.

The room was well presented & I slept well in the comfy bed. The ensuite was great with a large shower area, modern & in perfect working order, all temperature & water pressure settings were working perfectly. Non slip mats are present rolled up neatly by the cleaning staff at the hotel who are at work early preparing the rooms. The hotel is secure & access is easy with lifts to all floors & well lit corridors. The hotel bar serves great food including curry dishes & they serve a tasty pizza range with takeaway to your room as one of the options. Premium Selection of drinks available at the bar, live sport on screen & a choice of table sizes suitable to cater for all size groups. The hotel was a lively fun place to be as well as a great place to rest & make the most of my time in the area. Manchester Holiday Inn Express is defiantly worth a visit again. The hotel is accessible by foot as well as car, there is a paved pathway along the road at the back of Terminal 2 & around the airport that is safe to access the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport & will stay there again at some point.

Room was very clean and comfortable Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all. Hygiene questionable due to lack of hand sanitizing products.Everyone handling spoons ,mugs,glasses etc..There was an excellent choice of food I must admit but too crowded for me. Staff were very good clearing and cleaning tables.

Check in was fine, double bed mattress needed replaced as was lopsided! Window also didn’t shut properly so draughty and nosiey. Breakfast was pretty decent, overall average hotel for a traveller just wanting a basic room but bit much paying for parking!

Myself and my brother Dylan came for 4 nights to stay at your hotel. Had a wonderful expierence. Our room was very clean with comfy bed. Staff were very friendly. Loved the water dispenser. Breakfast was very good and tasty.

The hotel was a bit further away than I had anticipated (my fault🙄) but was still walkable. They offered a takeaway breakfast from silly o’clock in the morning that included fruit and baked good plus juice, tea and coffee. That was unexpected so a real treat in the morning as it saves spending a fortune in the airport.

I was surprised at the lack of hand sanitiser at breakfast. Everyone handling serving spoons including children. This should be placed at the entrance when being checked in for breakfast.
