Fast easy check in. Parking not so easy but soon sorted, you have to park across the road, postcode takes you to hotel not car park. Staff all friendly and helpful in all ways, prices for drinks and food fair not overpriced. Good location for trams and walking. Clean comfortable room. Easy check out. Make sure you get exit code if using car park.

Aways a good stay at this hotel. room was comfortable and clean, staff are friendly and helpful and food is good although limited choice. Breakfast is freshly cooked too, no buffet apart from continental items.

We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay especially the person who checked in and gave suggestions of what to visit in Manchester.

Stayed here for the weekend of the marathon Very well situated for us all supporters and runners. Had everything we needed Bar and Restaurant was good we ate here twice in our stay for convenience with theee small children Room with fridge and had small snacks in that were completmary m We will return for next years stay for the marathon The girls in reception were amazing ! All staff were so friendly and helpful !

It was very clean room, staff were polite and helpful they even booked our taxi back to station. We ordered room service came for time requested cooked well. Enjoyed breakfast bar loved the choice of hot and continental plenty choose from. Bar was lovely to have a drink especially after running the marathon.
