This is a smart, stylish hotel that is well-located and well-kept. I love the differently themed floors (we've stayed on weaving and printing so far) and the great views of the city. Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was poorly run this time--i had to ask for a menu, then ask to order. Perhaps breakfadt staff were new? Otherwise another good stay!

The staff where very helpful and everything was clean. However our bathroom sink was very slow to drain meaning it filled up while brushing teeth. The TV remote had many faulty buttons one being the on/off meaning it was on all night. There was also a loud humming noise that kept us awake. The bar down stairs had no draght beer, this was not an issue as plenty of bars locally. The breakfast was fine.

The room was a good size, the view from the window was nice. Unfortunately the TV wouldn't work, asked if they had bathroom kits, with a disposable toothbrush or toothpaste and they didn't, thankfully co-op was across the road. Asked for a dressing gown or slippers which on the website they said they have but they didn't, no wash clothes, they were out of everything! Such an unfortunate stay with IHG. I paid for a bed and a shower, the amenities were non-existent.

Next to train station , nice rooms , 2 mins walk to all the bars and shops . Only bad thing about this hotel is that it offers 24 hour room service , shows you a menu but can’t offer you anything as they say kitchen is closed . So after getting back late from a concert we couldn’t order anything to eat to our room . For the amount of money it is to stop the night and offering you 24 hour room service but not actually be able to order anything was really disappointing . Will try a different hotel next time 👎

Wonderful stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. A little noisy with trams outside but that is what you get for a great location. We would stay here again. Todd’s cafe attached to lobby is lovely.

Had a wonderful stay. Your shower however, sprayed very hot water suddenly. It also went on on its own during the night. And shut off. You’re not haunted do it must be a plumbing issue.

There is no proper drop off area in front of the hotel entrance to unload luggaage. In addition, need to walk up the staircase to reach the reception. As a hotel, It is not luggage friendly. The room facing the main road is noisy at night.
