Rinnovato recentemente, confortevole, silenzioso e con tutto il necessario. Nota di merito per bar e colazione, ottimi. C'è anche biliardo e biliardino. Centrale, perfetto per tutti i mezzi e le stazioni. Si arriva a piedi dappertutto.

The beds were super comfy, towels were soft. Room was very cramped. Got hurt twice trying to squeeze past the tv(which was on the wall) to get to the bathroom! Carpets were hoovered but disgusting and wouldn't wish to walk barefoot on them. Room had been upgraded with beds, tv, wall coverings, but the paint jobs were poor and overall it looked bodged. Hate the yellow door stickers-tacky. Staff were very good and friendly too. Location good for Piccadilly station.

Room was situated right outside the lift so every time someone was coming and going I could hear everything. Room wasn’t clean, the bathroom floor had hair and the toilet seat had spots from the previous person. Not happy for the price I paid.

I asked for extra milk at 11.45 PM on retuning to hotel. I was given these by a friendly staff member, it was no trouble. All other staff, breakfast restaurant and cleaning were very pleasant and appeared caring to any needs. No complaints. Will stay again.
