No clean at all. Stay far away. Smells disgusting. Not worm. They gave us a heater to plug in the room to keep the room worm. Very expensive. Cost me £400 for 1 night and half a day.

Very close to Manchester Piccadilly and City Centre. Within easy walking distance to all shops, restaurants and landmarks. Room was very clean and comfortable, good value for money.

Short overnight stay: hotel did the job. Excellent location for night life and transport. Bedroom was clean and comfortable although the air con didn't allow for the fan to be turned off. Decent breakfast but hot food missing grilled tomatoes and mushrooms. Not keen on the relentless indie music playing early in the morning.
