Comfortable stay and great staff

Easy stay, comfotable bed and great shower, good wifi. No oepn windows so if you like fresh air, this isn't an option. Staff really helpful and quiet despite being busy.

We was in an accessible room I don’t really find that the issue but the bathroom was not clean. All mould in the corners and had a damp smell. Asked them to clean and it was still bad. The toilet seat didn’t flush properly and we asked to move rooms and it was fully booked and they couldn’t but accepted that. And said they would send somebody to look at the toilet and they never arrived
