Really great service. It was my birthday so the man at my desk upgraded our room at no extra cost as well as giving us a free drink each. The room was lovely and spacious and checkout was nice and easy.

This was literally a last minute booking due to Brittania Hotel Manchester, which we had booked, falling through. Glad we made the change. Clean, modern, efficient and polite staff not hiding behind Perspex screens. A comfortable and clean room with a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine without being exceptional. Easy checkout. Note that although room service menu says some items are available 24 hours per day, there is a gap between 21.30 and 23.00 of no room service. Overall good experience.

Top Class Service

Was staying in Manchester for 2 nights and the service was top tier. Rooms were perfectly clean and food was excellent. A special thanks to the staff who allowed my friends to wait in the lobby at 4am while they waited to for their taxi home as it was cold outside

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean with great facilities and an extremely comfortable bed. The dining / bar area was relaxing with great food and fantastic service. Breakfast had many options available and was good value for money. I would definitely stay here again

Rude staff

The receptionist David was very rude! We had phoned in the morning before our stay to ask about a pricing issue and were told on the phone we would get breakfast as a good will gesture but when we got to the hotel he had a very poor attitude told us “no one would have offered you breakfast for free” made us feel quite uncomfortable in front of other guests and had a really bad attitude. The room had coffee or something splattered over the walls by the desk and I had to move the single bed to put it by the double for my disabled daughter and the floor was disgusting. It was filthy.
