Our Deluxe Double Room was very nice , clean . Breakfast was not included in our Booking . We paid 25£ per person. Breakfast was good 7/10 . Selection of bread, cheese's could be better for the price tag in particular. Aim for excellence

We had a double double room, spacious and great big bath. Room was clean only there for one night. Short walk to city centre and few shops close by.

We checked in at approx 8pm and there was a line of about 10 people checking in with only one girl at the reception, that’s unacceptable. Someone else arrived after about 20mims to help out. 30 mins standing in line for check in at this day and age is not right!

Great new hotel, awesome service

We had the most wonderful stay in the hotel, largely thanks to the wonderful staff and their customer-first attitude. There was some problem with the reservation and they took full control of the situation, checked us in and dealt with the admin part in the meantime. The room. Was beautiful and all the meals we had very high quality with plenty of choices. We will be back for many more visits, fantastic experience compared to any other high end hotel I tried in Manchester
