The staff and room were great but there was quite alot of dust in clumps on the floor which wasn't great if bare foot. Breakfast was disappointing as bacon undercooked, random use of ciabattas on all options. Sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms were all we ate.

Magic night in Manchester

Just the loveliest stat from start to finish. Right from the moment we walked in the door the girl on reception was so warm and welcoming. Check-in was fast and we even got an upgrade. Room was quiet and relaxing perfect for us but no good if you like a view. Breakfast was relaxed, freshly prepared & huge, the granola, yogurt & fruit was delicious and the English breakfast was like Noah’s Ark and had two of everything and we didn’t need to eat again all day! It was so handy to park in multi storey car park 2 minutes walk away and in same building as Dishoom for a lovely late lunch. Perfect if your wanting to shop or are going to AO arena all in 15 minutes walk with bars along the way. Only small issue was the heat of the towel radiator.. it does give a warning that pipes are hot but my husband slipped coming out of the shower and got a very nasty burn on his bum 😱 so make sure you cover it with a towel for super safety. Will definitely be back and already recommended to our friends. Thank you all for a great wee mini break!

Hotel and staff amazing .. online check in via hotel.com terrible said will take payment on arrival . didnt took at checkin night before on a card wasnt planning on using.. called hotel they sorted it immediatley ... Darren the manager was spot on.. on arrival was upgraded .. room amazing location fabulous . staff all great... would defo stay again but not via hotel.com

Brilliant stay

Great stay! This is a brilliant find in central Manchester-big comfortable rooms, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The rooms are in the basement, so despite being in a busy area managed to stay lovely and quiet. The room was very nicely done with a roll top bath. All the staff were great, especially Georgina who was super helpful with sending back an item I'd left behind. I will definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay in Manchester. It was clean, the decor was lovely and the room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy! The staff could not have been any kinder and were most helpful! I would recommend this to any and everyone and would return in a heartbeat!

Excellent stay at Manchester Hall. Stayed for one night only but staff were welcoming, room was really nice and the breakfast was particularly good. Bath in the room a nice treat too.
