I was not told I had to pay for the parking in advance so I was told the following day I may get a fine! Even though I parked in the allocated hotel pays. Room was very disappointed. Not the same standard than other Meridien. Not even a complementary bottle on water on arrival. Very disappointed for a high cost

There is a lack of leadership. My room initially (10th floor ) did not have a working air conditioner and poor internet. I had to move my room to one in the 8th floor, which did not have any internet. I have made several attempts to let them know they did not rectify for 2/3 nights. However in the last night as it was still not rectified, they said they can change my room ( when i am about to vacate the next day). When you are on a business trip to Manchester and the hotel did not promise what is meant to be provided. I think the paid money should be returned for the lack of service provision that tis promised.

The breakfast was marvellous, the food was lovely and hot, with lots of choice. Staff especially FAHIRA who went above and beyond, fetching extra ice and was so friendly. Wish the bedroom experience had been as good but the put me up bed was very uncomfortable and we had several bugs which has bitten my partner, we even took a picture of them. Put a complaint in and was told the manager is in a meeting and will ring us back..... suprise suprise no phone call, shame very dissatisfied.
