The hotel on first appearance looks like a block of flats but once you are in it's very clean and modern, don't be out off by the rundown derelict buildings around the area. Car park was safe and cheap at £2 for the stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and tidy but TV is very small and far away from the bed.

The room seemed clean to start with, however I found a fake nail on the floor next to one of the beds which was a bit gross. There was also a fold out table between the beds that was missing which left a whole with some hinges. The room was tidy and looked fresh apart from the earlier mentioned nail… The bathroom was nice however the temperature tap on the shower was stuck so you could only have super hot showers.

In the room next door drugged up and noisy individuals bawling and shouting all night. Quite obvious the female in there was using it as offering services. Been here plenty of times but not anymore

Old office block that really could do with updating but I guess some of that is down to the landlord. Otherwise, room was spacious, bed was comfortable and decor was modern and well done. Air conditioning is a great plus compared to similar properties that don't offer it. Only negative is Expedia page said free parking but it's 2 pounds per day and check in took a little while due to only one staff member.

The bed and pillow were just what we needed for a good night’s rest. The room was clean, Yes the hotel is a bit dated and signs of wear and tear but did not affect the functioning.

Cheap and not so cheerful

Room was a good size and okay for a night, however wouldn’t have been keen on a longer stay. The room appeared clean however there was bad smell throughout the hallway and in the room which was difficult to deal with. The bed was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on, pillows were either very cheap and thin or just worn away and old. The mattress was the exact same, so hard to get a good nights sleep. We paid for breakfast however had some difficulty trying to find the breakfast area, the building appears to be shared with other businesses so it’s a rather strange setup where you can only access certain area by specific lifts which wasn’t sign posted or noted anywhere it was just a case of try every stair well until you end up in the right place. There was a large car park and overnight parking was only £2 so nice and cheap. Would recommend for a cheap place to get your head down for a few hours whilst travelling through, however wouldn’t advise staying for leisure. Was the cheapest available on the day booking for us, so for the price we paid which was under £50 it was what I expected however would have hoped for more.

Staff were friendly. Hotels.com comments on free parking, but there is a small charge when you check in. Beds were not comfortable at all, pillows were far too flat had to ask for more. Room was a little run down needed some care and attention, curtains hanging off (hung back up myself) wall sockets damaged. Bathroom was nice and shower was teally good

Bed Bug

Have stayed here a lot recently, never had any issues, until now, when I saw a bed bug crawling over the quilt (room 613) it got squashed & management informed, I was moved to a different room immediately & survived free of any bites, but made my skin crawl, all my clothing got boiled wash at home just in case! Just be vigilant folks, take appropriate precautions, you don't want them coming home with you!!!
