Bad keys & attitude
Neither of the room keys I was given worked. I tried then 10-15 times each. Red light. When I went to front desk I got a truckload of attitude problem. Of the second set of keys, 1 worked at 10 or so times trying, and I discovered the other one worked fine. They have an issue with key generating machine or need to clean out the door locks & refuse to deal with taking responsibility. Needless to say I will not be returning.

the bathroom ceiling either had mold on it or paint coming off. tub was dirty around edge, tub itself had rust/paint coming off. noisy at 130am and 300am!! people yelling past my room. didnt know that NO ONE comes and cleans room daily so i had to take garbage out. never brought new towels/offered. bed linen cheap! pillows uncomfortable. door handle was about to fall off/never felt safe!! the entry cards didnt work, had to go to office 3 times to get to work!! felt price was a bit much!

The room was dirty, with stains on the bedsheets. The floors were sticky, and the air smelt of mildew and stale cigarettes. The fridge was leaking and making popping/ sparking sounds so had to unplug it. At 3 a.m., someone banged on our door and window, and we could see shadows peaking through the window. would not leave but did not answer in case they tried to force entry, not what we wanted to wake up to and made the rest of the stay even more unsettling.
