Apon entering the room we went into the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty. There was urine on floor. The shower was dirty. There was black mold on a fixture of ceiling. When we went to use the phone to call front desk we noticed blood spatter on the covers. We were refused a manger and a gousekeeper to clean the mess. We were refused a another room as well.She offered a refund but refused to give a reciept with a name on it. We were unable to stay due to extreme unsanitary conditions.

Great Staff but room had minor issues

Staff is great as always. Overall a good stay. The entry door needs repair. A big gap between door and floor. Big enough that rodents etc could enter easily. Maybe a missing seal. Other thing the room smelled of smoke like the previous customers has smoked in the bathroom. But overall a good stay. I stay here often and really can't complain.

The location of the hotel was incorrectly listed on WAZA, however, it was close enough that I could find it. WAZA listed the hotel as being one street behind where it was, not on the main street, where it is.
