Compact but clean

Room was small but very clean. Bed and pillows were good, toiletries basic but nice. Staff were very friendly. Shower wasn’t powerful enough. Location great!

No privacy screens on the windows. So people can see in when in the lower floors. No iron in room. When you need an iron you have to carry it up the stairs. Quite small rooms

Lovely hotel with a nice bar area! Amazing location in central Manchester, I have stayed a lot of times in Manchester and this by far is the best location. Free bus available from Piccadilly station, 2 minute walk to coffee places & shops. Easy uber ride to elsewhere in the city and also tram network. Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable and convenient.

Very convenient for Royal Exchange theatre and shopping. Unfortunately the room was a bit warm and the thermostat wouldn’t regulate. But we would stay there again.

Awesome room - was perfect for a one-night stay in manchester and very reasonably priced for the standard of room. Yes I could have got a bigger room at somewhere like The Gardens, but the quality difference was so much different. Felt very premium.
