Nice hotel for the price. King bed is great option. 5 mins from the square, 10 from Picadilly Station. Would stay here again!

Good location and very much value for money. I had an issue with a barking dog but the staff were very accommodating in changing rooms for me at short notice. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay. Room was on the small side but as i was on my own it was ok. Shower was good. Hairdryer was surprisingly good!! The bar downstairs was really nice. Friendly staff on check in and behind the bar. My only criticism would be that there are no usb ports in the room and the mirror isnin a silly place. I would add photos but it won't let me upload 🙄

This property located in a convenient spot close to tram lines in the heart of Manchester. Easy access to Greater Manchester areas including the airport (MAN). Most places like shopping, cultural, restaurants, are within walking distance and other transporation connections.

Convenient and good quality
The hotel is situated very conveniently for all trams and this is the 2nd time I've stayed there. Clean and good quality. Room is small, bed is big but not as comfy as before. Bit too soft. Love the option of a hard or soft pillow. Shower not a power shower.

Room was lovely and clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location excellent for the city centre and the room was very quiet despite this. Only negative was that the room was on the cool side, and changing the thermostat display did not appear to change this.

Nice rooms, the space is well utilised and thought out. The staff were helpful and friendly, quick check in and although there was a few people queuing when we came to collect our luggage the staff were quick to respond to see to everyone. Lovely that you can still actually talk to a human being rather than being subjected to computer check in. We were on the first floor above the 24 hour lounge/bar and I was concerned that would be an issue with the noise but once we were in our room we could barely hear anything other than the odd door creak. It was hard to believe we were still in the city centre and above a 24 hour lounge. Ideally located and only 15 minutes walk from Piccadilly station

Great location and clean welcoming hotel. The bar was nicely decorated and open until 2am. Rooms were compact but didn’t feel small and the bed was wonderful and soft. Will be returning in January
