The breakfast was terrible - with only a Continental breakfast available. We wouldn't have booked this hotel if we'd known in advance that they didn't have a kitchen and couldn't heat up anything. The rooms were a bit pokey but in fairness it was only advertised as a Motel. Room servicing wasn't good: there was no hairdryer on arrival and we had to ask for one; toilet paper supplies were stingy and rooms were a bit chilly at night.

Really great location- super central, stylish, smart and safe. Really well put together room and bathroom. Quiet night and very comfortable bed. Stylish bar and lounge. Good breakfast. Great staff. Perfect city centre hotel at good price.

The staff were wonderful. So kind and obliging. When we said we were meeting up after 50 years they ensured we had rooms together. They advised us about restaurants that we oldies would like. The bar tender actually reminded me we had a glass of ice first time round. So attentive. The rooms were spotless. I trust you will pass this feedback to your lovely colleagues

A good city centre stay

A good hotel for a city centre stay. Breakfast is continental only, but still good for the price. The hotel is quite modern and clean, the room was on the smaller side but fine for me travelling solo. The bar is expensive (£2.50 for a small lemonade) and my request for another pillow was initially met with confusion, and I was told they didn't really have spares. There were only 2 in the room, which from my experience isn't enough when 2 people could stay in that room, and both were quite thin. I was given a further normal pillow and slimmer pillow eventually, which was welcomed and I did have a good sleep.
