Comfortable hotel

Couldn’t fault the hotel, room was large, king size bed was very comfortable. Was a great location for us. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Nice hotel, good location

Hotel allows dog that was handy and had water at the door and a welcome treat at reception. Hotel room did the job although small. So no desk to work off if needed. Breakfast was good and bar and lounge space was nice. One suggestion is if travelling alone with a dog it's difficult to go get breakfast as nowhere to tie lead to as light plastic chairs.

Excellent Location

A one-night stay to coincide with a theatre trip. Location is perfectly positioned off Deansgate near Spinningfields. Very close to bars, restaurants and the theatre. Very comfortable and quiet.

We only encountered two issues and when reported in the morning the staff didn't seem interested. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the bedroom door wouldn't close properly, so anyone could have pushed the door and it would have opened.

Fantastic stay but it was a shame that at 3pm check in they weren’t ready that resulted in a huge queue and not being able to check in until 3.30pm which left us in a rush.
