AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The property tried to charge me twice. The apartment owner is also very rude on the phone with poor communication. Once I had booked, I arrived at the apartment to find out I can't be let in the building because all staff had gone home. I asked why am able to book if no one is available to let me in and he told me I booked to late. He then asked me to send £700 to his account in order for him to send someone to let me in. I declined and said we will leave it only to wake up to nearly £400 taken out of my account.
All good. Great location, very comfortable apartment.

the place is Ok and convenient but the area seems not very safe (some people doing crack in the parking lot behind the building)

Let down by service
Car parking system was a faff. The actual apartment was ok (not worth how expensive it was though) but the service was a joke, there’s no reception to drop keys off in the morning so was told to wait until 11 when someone would knock and they would let us out except they didn’t we were told to drive round and to the front to drop off the keys but then there was no where to drop them, much check in/ check out system definitely needs a review!
Hidden extra costs, no complimentary bathing soap or hot chocolate.

Good room but AWFUL check-in and check-out
The plus sides - location and flat is good overall.
BUT - the check-in experience is ridiculous. I spent around 15 minutes being told how much I pay when we do something wrong. Also, the rules I received for check in felt like a cheap camp rather than an expensive apartment.
Also, check out was awful - lady without a smile, checking room while we are at it felt disrespectful.
Plus, we had to pay additional £11 for "fee" that wasn't mentioned on Hotels.com.
