Design but no function

Aesthetically nice hotel but not so practical, ran into several issues that gave me the ick, 1. The shower tray is open so the water is guaranteed to soak the entire bathroom, the sink tap is far too long that it also is made to soak the surrounding area, there is no plug for hairdryer in the bathroom, there isn’t even a plug near the mirror so it’s absolutely frustrating, you can assume the rooms are designed by someone without an eye for detail, we also had several issues with the air conditioning, overall this hotel has so much potential but it’s missing a lot of key elements to make it a perfect stay. The location and service are great so I’ll give it that.

Second trip to this hotel but disappointed with the room this time around. Bathroom had strong damp and unclean odour. Air conditioning / cooling did not work. Bizarrely no chair was provided with the desk and had to request one. Very limited lighting made the room very dark. For a hotel if this price range, needs to improve or I won’t be returning.

Stunning hotel would definitely stay here again. Perfect location to walk anywhere in the city. The only downside would be the noisy pipes and AC machine that’s right above the bed.

Very lovely hotel! Special shoutout to the woman who took our bags as we were early for check in. She was extraordinarily efficient and friendly. The cocktail were exceptional.

Wonderful hotel in great location

Stunning hotel and very quirky. A real find, so close to everything. I can’t believe I never knew about it. Will always stay here know when I visit home. Everything about the stay was great but the breakfast is highly recommended!!!

Lovely bedroom! Really comfy and a superb shower. On the minus side: we went to get a drink at the bar, but the table was sticky. We had to ask for the table to be cleaned.
