Beautiful Hotel - Highly Recommend
Very clean, beautiful hotel room. Very spacious, comfortable bed. Turn down service was unexpected but a nice touch. Nice extra touches - bath salts and snacks. Decor of the room and hotel was gorgeous throughout. Breakfast was well set out and delicious. We had a drink in the Refuge bar too, which is stunning and relaxing. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite especially Sharon at Reception- fantastic customer service. Can’t fault anything- absolutely fabulous hotel.

The hotel itself is lovely- love the bar area and the hotel lobby. The building has been tastefully renovated. The room was very comfortable. One minor complaint, there was no dressing table area / mirror where you could sit to do make up, style hair etc. the only mirrors were a full length mirror in the room with no nearby socket, or the bathroom mirror.

Our stay at the Clock Tower Hotel in July was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed, with a seamless check-in process and personal touches that set the tone for a memorable visit. Traveling with my wife and a group of friends, we found the hotel's central location ideal, allowing us to explore the city's attractions with ease. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a blend of modern comfort with the charm of the historic building. The views from our windows, especially the sight of the iconic clock tower, were breathtaking. Every detail, from the high-quality linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, was thoughtfully curated to ensure a relaxing stay. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight of our trip. The menu was diverse, and the dishes were expertly prepared, with local ingredients taking center stage. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, where we spent our evenings sipping cocktails while taking in the stunning panoramic views of the city. The hotel’s service stood out the most. Lovely hotel great location for the Palace Theatre, not to far from the city centre (15mins walk to the centre 18mins to the corn exchange) a number of bars andeateries along the way. We drove in and parked at the local NCP car park (pay at the hotel and get a discounted rate £24 for 24hrs) the car park is a very short walk from the hotel and very secure unless you have your car parked there then you cannot get access inside.
