The ceiling of the room threw us off, ecposed pipes and concrete. The walls were very thin but the room overall was nice and cozy. It did its job, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely

Bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in, the price for what we got was simply unacceptable, easily no breakfast included. Pictures give you the impression you are staying in a really stylish comfortable hotels. The plug points were so confusing and struggled to figure out combination of what needed to be turned on at same time to make it work. Lack of no staff greeting you, being able to help. Layout also is unsafe stubbed toe on pointed metal step. Bed sheets had marks on them. Lack of any staff to complain to with rushed checking out.

Excellent small cheap pod rooms that met my needs perfectly for a flying concert visit. My only gripe was that the bed had a footboard so, being tall, I had to sleep sideways. Overall a great convenient hotel.
