Very accommodating staff. When I made the reservation through Orbitz, my request for an accessible room was lost. When they realized that due to my husband’s health we could only stay if we had a first floor room they were quick to make that happen, thankfully!

I didn't like the intrusive staff members. The owners aren't great at running businesses. When I already knew there were no pets allowed, the owner was pacing in front of my vehicle while I was still in it. I have a cat traveling with me and knew she'd be staying in my vehicle, like she has many times before when temps allow it. She's a traveler, so she's content with her over night stays in there. I was just gathering my belongings and I was approached twice by the owner, once asking if all was good. Explained I was just organizing my clothes and gathering what I needed. Then he continued to pace back and forth. Made me feel uncomfortable, so I asked if I was bothering anyone. He replied with "no pets allowed and if we catch you sneaking the cat in there will be a fine" um sir, I am aware of the policies, I wasn't sneaking any animals in. Don't pace back and forth in front of my vehicle under assumptions. I had clothes in my hands, not a cat bowl. How about stop being cheap and purchase some security cameras instead of having staff take videos of my vehicle when I'm not present to be sure the cat was still in my vehicle. After that interaction and seeing staff taking pics/videos of my vehicle, I felt like I was being watched my entire stay there. A very unsettling feeling and I will not be renting a room there again. I went to rest, relax and reset, that was ruined over intrusive owners that accused me of doing something I had no intentions on doing.

The only thing i didnt like was the 100 deposit in case of damages i wasnt aware of when i made and paid for the reservation i was told at check in about the $100 deposit and that i would get it right back then at check out i was told 5 to 9 days till i get the deposit back!

Place was pretty clean. Small and organized. Guest were a nuisance and I barely got any sleep but Cheryl did offer to help with my next stay as this was not one of my best stays due to a tournament that was being held for children. I got a hotel to get away from my kids and got stuck listening to at least 10 of them at different times of the night and morning. But the hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff were kind.

The room had crumbs/debris around the bottom edge of the bed. When I got back from a day of working, there was no parking left. The people were incredibly nice.
