Fabulous. Perfect central location for all terminals and train station. Rooms are a good size, immaculate and well equipped. Staff polite and helpful. Leisure complex worth a visit. Food brilliant but strongly recommend making a reservation for dinner service, wait times for walk-ins were considerable! Great room service menu, delivery and presentation.

I was disappointed with the hotel, it was really no different to their budget chain hotel. It cost £69 to park the car for one night! At check in we were told it would only cost us £19! We had already paid the £69 outside. The receptionist told us we should have read the notice outside. There was no notice, I double - checked in the morning to ensure I had not missed it. Photographs to prove this. The receptionist said there was no refund. There was nothing on their website about this ridiculous charge. The evening meal was poor, reheated frozen food. Breakfast was poor quality produce.

We had a lovely stay here, and it really set the tone for our holiday. It was my partners birthday during our stay and the hotel were great in helping make our stay special. Lovely bar area and the hotel it ideally located for onward travel.
