Terrible stay

Checked in late and was given key card, thought it was a double room but there were 2 single beds. Then at 12:15am, someone else tried to enter our room with a keycard. When enquired next morning we were told it was a system error! Not satisfactory. We were accused of not paying for breakfast when I had paid when we checked in, I had to physically show my bank transactions to prove that we had, again very unsatisfactory!
