Sooo convenient!
Overnight stay for flight out next day. Really convenient for terminal one flights out following morning with the skywalk into terminal. Second time of staying here. Only nigggle was breakfast opened at 5.30 but hot stuff came out at 6 am, which was a rush for my early morning check in/ flight

Now a glorified Premier Inn
This hotel is turning into a Premier inn style set up. We only stay here now as the access to the terminals is all by foot. If you don’t mind getting in a mini bus to the terminal the Hilton is a much better offering.

On leaving at 6 am to head over to the airport a note was present on all the lifts stating they were out of order, we were on floor 5 and needed to get to 3. No instructions on how to get down, ended up on some concrete steps at the end of the corridor that didn't seem to lead to floor 3 for the air walk. Back up to 5 again. Tried the lifts which actually worked even though they stated our of order. I had 3 heavy suit cases and a young child with me. Not impressed at all, not a great start to the day with lots of travelling to do. Thought leaving the hotel would be the easy bit.

As a VIP I requested that the complementary wine was a bottle of white,I even emailed before staying to request a bottle of WHITE WINE what did I get two small bottles of red. I was unable to enjoy this as I cannot drink red wine. Why offer this perk if you are not able to correctly give it. I also did not receive a room upgrade. For £144 a night there are many much cheaper options.

Place is nice but some staff act like they never seen black people check in to stay by the looks of it. I went with my friend for a weekend break and only went in the pool once, was nice but even the supervisor made us felt some type of way when we said the next night we gonna dine in, he asked in a weird way"oh you staying till tomorrow " we was gonna go at him but because as a black person we knew they expected us to be loud and ghetto (which we are not but can be) we just took our meal and went to our room and ate for the first night. Nice place but staff need to be mindful when talking to others. Yes i would stay there again just because i can afford it and the room view of the run way of Manchester airport is the best.
