Nice hotel but….
The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, was greeted by the front desk staff and given a complimentary cocktail which was a nice touch. The room however was a lot smaller than expected and was advertised as a delux queen but the wall mounting the Tv was nearly touching the bed and left very little space to move around the room. The windows leading out to the balcony were certainly not double glazed or sound proofed and could hear a lot of noise from the street at all hours. This left us with a very poor nights sleep and a wish to get off as soon as possible to head home.

Needs a bit of finishing love
The window in our room 628 wasn’t sealed properly which meant we could hear the street all night (plus the stage dismantling company in the middle of the night loading up its truck) the rooms have been finished at a good level but with no attention to deal. Painted Finishing tape all over the room, shower ceiling hanging down and very dirty glasses in the room. TV cut out constantly and the shower flooded! Reception was very friendly but extremely slow (computer problems) and one of the lifts felt like it was about to give in! Apart from the obvious - the general look and feel of the rooms a good!

Exceptionally modern and clean property in a pretty good location (perhaps a little too close to the train station for its own good). Rooms are like some of the best modern Japanese business motels I've stayed at. Some staff better than others. Tiny lifts and ridiculously small fitness room.
