Could not fault this hotel! Enjoyed my stay I ended up extending an extra night. Next door to Piccadilly Station, I took the train from Manchester airport on arrival, and utilized the tram system over my stay. Many cafes, restaurants and convenience store options in vicinity. Walking distance to main city centre. I arrived ahead of check in time and staff were accommodating to give me early access to my room for a small fee. Breakfast serving delicious options. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Came to a concert, so was a whistle stop visit. Took a while queuing before checking in, Didn't spend too much time in the room but it was clean and the decor and amenities were nice. When we came back from the concert, the flush on the the toilet didn’t work, called the front desk, who in fairness got someone up fairly sharpish who appeared to fix the issue (However, He did remark that this had happened before) I then used the toilet, and it would not flush again. At this point it was after midnight so we decided despite it being unpleasant, rather than going through the hassle of ringing again, and possibly having to change rooms, to leave it. Mentioned this on the desk in the morning when checking out, who could only offer ‘Besides this was everything else OK with your stay?’ To be fair, it was-but I’d consider a fundamental of a hotel stay should surely be a working toilet

Fantastic! The hotel is a 4 minute walk from Piccadilly train station and a short walk into the centre and a pleasant 30 minute walk along the canal to the Co-Op Live. The hotel itself has been recently refurbished with a cosy scandi design and the staff are very friendly and happy to help. I slept incredibly well considering you are in the centre and breakfast the following day was superb. Great value for money, I hope to stay again.
