This was our second stay at this hotel. I appreciate how clean the hotel is and that I am able to find a place for a family of 5 to stay in one room. We liked the couches with the trundle bed. Great experience as a whole

The woman who was working the front desk was extremely nice and attentive to my needs. I needed help navigating the bonvoy app and she was able to do so. Not only that but she didn’t make me feel like a nuisance! She should be recognized for her exceptional customer service.

Last time I was in this hotel was two years back and my experience was good hence I rebooked this place for my travel last week. However, this time I bumped into the bed bug situation which was no fun. Initially the hotel staff wasn't really seem concerned and eventually they offered me an alternative room after I messaged the hotel in the app. The infestation seems started because I saw new bites on day 1 and day 3 after they switched the rooms. Other than the bed bugs, the staffs overall seemed nice when you have questions for them but they don't really greet you actively. With the bed bug experience and the facility getting old, I think I won't rebook again.

Would definitely stay again. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was FULL of youth hockey players and they were extremely loud, with no parent direction. We did complain, and the hotel staff was ontop of it. They were extremely professional and impressive.

Lots of little kids running around when we got there, but that subsided after a while. The biggest issue is that I reserved the room through Hotels.com, which had listed the rate as $135 plus taxes for the type of room we got. They then charged $179 plus taxes. I was told that I had to take that up with Hotels.com, which I didn’t find helpful, since I assumed the hotel took responsibility.

Great stay minus the rude youth hockey teams. Parents needs to parent their children. Hotel management was very on top of the situations. Property was great! Very clean, free breakfast was great also. Will definitely stay again and will refer anyone to stay.
