Disappointed with the hotel staff and housekeeping, The hotel portrays a full kitchen. It does not have one. Also the pool is tiny and not hot tub as ir says. Also you have to pay for parking.

We had a good stay, but the breakfast offering and the amount of food available was poor. Great people, I don’t think that they are the issue with Breakfast. Also was hit with a $5 per day parking fee that was unexpected.

As I was staying at the hotel for an early morning flight, I would miss breakfast (which was free). So the staff offered to give me breakfast options before I went to my room so I could have a quick bite before I left on the shuttle.

I always stay here, so quiet and peaceful with a sidewalk for a short walk to a wooded area. Nice break from travel. The airport shuttle is right on time!

My stay at Springhill was great. The room was comfortable, super clean, and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The pool was clean and warm, the gym was decent and the patio area was exceptional. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Springhill. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was the same like all the free breakfast hotels BUT this one was actually clean and there was a very nice lady keeping the food stocked and keeping the area cleaned.

Friendly efficient staff; large, clean room, great shower. Those with early flights miss breakfast - should have a “to go” muffin or snack for early flights. It’s very hard to get through to the hotel to call shuttle. When finally connected, it arrived quickly.

Great front desk staff (KT & Ernesto). Clean & nice size room with good amenities. Great shower. Early flight so couldn’t get breakfast - you need to provide a small “to go” box (muffins, cheese/crackers, fruit) for those of us with early flights. It was hard to call the hotel requesting the shuttle upon our arrival. We had to call several times (heard recording) before getting a human being to answer. Then the shuttle was timely.

The setting is beautiful, on a hill with a lake behind it. The woman who checked us in was very friendly. The room was great, we had a view. It's spacious: a full suite, with attention to detail throughout. The fridge is larger than the standard mini fridge, and not full of things to buy. There's a full size ironing board and iron, dish towel, the waste basket has a recycling side. There's a guest laundry with good quality washers and dryers. It includes the traditional Marriott full breakfast: bacon, eggs, bagels, English muffins and mini muffins cold cereal, milk in a fridge, oatmeal with many toppings (including chocolate chips) Make-your-own waffles, and the option of oat milk for coffee. We had a great experience.
