Myself and my two teens spent a night here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were very lucky to recive an upgrade on arrival which was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. I was amazed by how quiet it was for a city centre property next to the train station!

Despite being physically fit, I did not feel safe climbing out of the shower/tub. There was a high lip, slippery floor, and nothing to hold onto. There were no instructions for use of the washer/dryer and it was very frustrating to use and left my clothes very wrinkled. It was difficult to contact reception from my room. There was no phone in the room, the 'chat' feature on the guest website didn't work, and no phone number was listed. I had to Google it. In other respects, the room was fine: comfortable, quiet, and clean.
