Our apartment was spacious and sufficiently equipped kitchen with stove tops, oven and microwave, Nespresso machine, jug and toaster. Our suggestions would be another comfy chair or sofa as well as the 2 seater/ fold up bed

The front desk was super helpful! They were kind, positive, helped us find a closer location for our rental car return that wasn't the airport, and general positive attitude. The beds were comfortable. The apartment clean. Proximity to the train station couldn't be beat. Literally a 30 second walk out the front door, One of our group was traveling to the airport and the others on a train to London. Great location.

perfect place for a city break

We were upgraded from one bed to a two-bed apartment, which was perfect for us as a family. The location is great, just on a stone throw away from Manchester Piccadilly Station. The apartment itself was spotless; there was everything we needed (coffee pods, sugar, milk, tea, dishwasher tablets). Would love to come back.

I had a brilliant time! I went by myself for my 21st birthday and stayed from Monday to Friday. My room was set up as advertised with all of the kitchen amenities, and the staff were kind enough to make note of my request to have a room a with a bath tub. The sound proofing was great, I hardly noticed any outside noise which is good considering it's right next to Picadilly station. My only complaint is that the sofa bed in the room was quite uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa, but it was nothing major. I'm already very very eager to visit again!

I stayed in the property for 1 night, it was chilly outside and the heating in the room was not working! Instead it automatically turned on Air conditioning making the room even more cold. After informing it on reception they provided 2 radiators which were very slow heating and barely made the bedroom warm. The whole apartment was freezing cold after this as well. Curtains are in pretty bad shape, overall cleanliness wasn’t good at all. Beds and sofas are worn off totally.
