The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. The hotel was very clean and had very good security. The bedroom and bathroom had everything we needed except tea making facilities but we knew that was the case and came prepared. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

The Property, staff and amenities were perfectly fine. However on booking in, there was a payment notice on the computer asking for payment which had already credited too Expedia on booking the accommodation. I had too show proof of payment, before being allocated my room, which was a tad embarrassing as there were 4 other customers stood waiting and witnessing this. Things didn’t improve at checkout as the receptionist had a ‘halt checkout and said sting payment was required before I could checkout. The Staff on both booking in and out said it was an issue with Expedia and I shall not be using the site again for any future services.

Me and my daughter stayed for one as we were attending a gig at the COOP live arena, what a lovely stay we had, staff were lovely, seemed interested in what we were doing etc.. room was lovely, really clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed, will definitely stay again

From arrival the parking was very easy and convenient. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the rooms very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a drink in the bar (shame the pool table was out of service but a minor problem!) and breakfast had a great range to choose from. I had a enquiry and Zee at the reception was very helpful. A very comfortable stay and we will hopefully be back next time we come to Manchester.

A great place to stay. The staff were first rate, the rooms were clean with good bedding and the kitchen and bar stays open till midnight! The location is a little way out of the city centre but there is a tram station only a few hundred metres away. What more could you want.

Good, clean hotel within a 10 min Uber drive or a 40 min walk. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Food and breakfast were quite expensive but probably on a par with other hotels.

The receptionist was great and offered us early check-in, giving us extra time to relax. Hotel lovely and clean and only a 30 minute walk to the Co-op arena. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were great and incredibly pleasant. Only real point of contention is that it was difficult to get the showers off a setting that was really hot, particularly because the dials/levers were incredibly stiff (which you can imagine would be made worse then they are wet). Small inconvenience but otherwise a great stay.
