1 night stay for a football match

Brand new clean room. Building layout similar to block of flats. Stayed on fifth floor. Ensure all outer doors are closed properly as on a windy night you get abit of whistling. Stayed with my son Friday - Saturday to see a United game. Close to tram and train station. Complimentary breakfast was really good considering it was free. Nothing to complain about.

The reception only performed her duty as normal. Just gave answer when question. Empty soap for bathing indeed! ! Asked for tooth pastes and brush, no response till asking again! To conclude, just normal hotel experience in international brand chain!

Beautiful Hotel

Don’t let the surrounding area put you off this stunning hotel! While the hotel is near a main road and has a few bits of construction around, the second you step foot in the hotel you’re in a completely different world. Well decorated and present reception with incredibly friendly staff. Check in nice and easy. The room itself was absolutely stunning, modern furniture. spotless. lovely bath/shower combination and the bath is actually spacious unlike in a lot of hotels. Kitchenette with everything you could need provided. We booked a suite so had seperate bedroom and living space, which meant 2 nice sized TVs. But the important part for us was the bedroom, as I sometimes struggle to sleep on hotel beds but not this one. Mattress was comfortable with an added topper layer, and the pillows were honestly the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on, I think they were feather/down/down-like, I want them for my bed at home. Breakfast was included in our booking but unfortunately we slept in too late to take advantage of it. We also had a nice shared balcony space which was great, especially if you book in summer months although the balcony isn’t guaranteed on booking. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel whether it’s for one night or longer!

The facilities in the property were excellent. Staff very helpful and polite. The surrounding area doesn't feel safe at all. Although a short walk, I'm glad I got a cab from the station rather than walking. Apart from the area, I'd recommend the property.

One of the dirtiest hotels I stayed in and it’s not a cheap one. Starting from the room, lobby and even the lift. Dust and seagull poo everywhere. Will not book here again and I don't recommend staying here.

Great hotel. Clean and eco-friendly. All good apart from our TV not connecting to our phone’s therefore we could not enjoy their chromecast entity of the hotel. Rose and Divya were kind and friendly at the reception who assisted us with a few things.

Nice hotel.
