Kitchen faucet was broken, the tub faucet was also very loose which impacted temperature control, the TV was in a weird spot that wouldn't face the bed, the TV shelf would roll out on its own and block that side of the bed, the towels and toilet paper were scratchy, and the AC was on when we arrived even though it was 49° outside. Should I go on? Service at the front desk was good and the drivers to/from the airport were friendly and.polite.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We checked in late at 12:30 AM after a long day of travel—4 hours on a flight and another hour from the airport. Exhausted and hoping for a clean, comfortable room, we were deeply disappointed. The moment we stepped in, we were hit with a foul smell, like damp carpet that hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained, which made it hard to relax. The only reason we stayed was because our kids—one 3 years old and the other just 6 months—were visibly tired and fell asleep quickly. Otherwise, we would have looked for another option. This experience was far below expectations, and I hope the management takes cleanliness and basic hygiene more seriously.

The room was clean (I'm very picky). I felt house keeping did a good job. The person at the front desk was a medium build man with a beard. He went out of his way to try and please you. Very nice guy! That being said...the breakfast was a joke. Food was lacking. Very small space. We took coffee because the room only had a baby coffee maker which made no sense because they gave you a toaster so why not a large coffee maker. The pool desperately needs to be redone. It's sides and bottom were brow. I'm not exaggerating. We didn't go in it and that is usually something we enjoy. We were woken at 3:22am by the person above us smashing around and walking heavily and slamming doors. The people it drew to stay there were well.....we usually stay in Hampton Inn or Homewood Suites. We won't stay here again. I would not recommend staying here with young children. The class of people and area are not good.

We had a reservation and arrived around 11, just as i walked through the door the lady at the front took a phone call and had me wait while she booked a room. After she hung up and looked up my reservation she told me they overbooked her online and she has no more rooms left. Super disappointing.
