Amazing staff and great location..

from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, staff aka front desk was nothing short of amazing. Kind, helpful, courteous and professional. We really appreciated their willingness to help and guide us as we felt so lost at first coming into a new town not knowing anything or where to go. Location could not be any more perfect either. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was not really clean, but more of lazy obligatory go thru the motions clean. Needed to be vacuumed, and properly cleaned. I had to wipe down all the surfaces, including the floor, with a damp towel for it to feel comfortable and clean.

Comfortable and clean rooms were a plus. However, I was awoken by some nomads outside near the parking lot. They sleep under the overpass that goes along the hotel. Nothing the hotel can do, it’s unfortunate. Also, the restaurant that connects to the hotel has to change the ads that promote the happy hour. The hours have changed

This is a pretty nice hotel overall. It feels like a solid 3 star option. Staff were very polite and helped me with a couple of things including getting the EV chargers working outside. I did have one issue with the shower (no gasket under glass door so water leaked out) but staff took note of it and offered to fix right away. Hotel was incredibly quiet throughout during the entire stay during a busy concert weekend (Phish), so guessing it would always be pretty quiet. Good food right across the way and nice riverwalk area next to hotel. Nice bedding also, very comfy.
