Brilliant staff. Excellent service.
Staff so helpful and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Opened the door when they saw us arriving with luggage and made us really welcome. We ate in the restaurant and the service was the best we have experienced in a long time.

Great location and easy parking. All staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel overall is clean and service is excellent with great facilities . Only negative is the rooms are very small. Otherwise it would be 5 star rating for us.

3 star, just about good enough for a layover
3 star hotel pool is a communal leisure pool, paid 150£ for a relaxing time with my partner for his birthday. Wasn't worth it for that price. Very loud we also had a ground floor room, walls extremely thin. Wasn't comfortable, uncomfortable bed so i checked after 2hrs and left for another hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay but the breakfast was awful, the meats were not cooked at all, we was really disappointed with this, everything else about our stay was really good, just please improve that breakfast as we had to pay £9 each for this, if i`d have known beforehand we would have had breakfast elsewhere.

Unfortunately both the steam room, the salt room and one of the water features in the relaxing pool were broken and closed. Most of the lockers were not working and inconvenient. We had gone to celebrate my birthday and definitely spoilt the experience for me and my loved ones.
