Very nice! Exceptional staff and the pool bar on the 2st floor was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. We really enjoyed our stay at Bai.

Very good place to stay !

Really good hotel to stay. Clean And friendly environment. Staffs are great and security is awesome. I think the only thing I can say is that it would be nice if they can find a good better deal for a third party company in terms of transportation and good tour packages. It’s quite expensive compared to some hotels in the area. But other than that the experience was great !

The best hotel in Cebu city area... Safe, staff are amazing and the price was well worth it. Ive stayed in Hotels at Las Vegas with lower qualities and triple the price. Definitely worth it. I wont say anywhere else.

One negative issue I had was that when meals were delivered in the lobby bar they brought them one at a time with a 15 minute Gap. So one person eats and the other one watchs then the reverse happens when the second meal finally comes. I good restaurant should bring all the meals at the same time. I think this is a kitchen problem.
