Great Hotel
Spent 9 nights here. The buffet was great. The room was very comfortable and very nice bed and shower. Walking distance to Parkmall. Nice restaurants in hotel and room service was good as well. The only knock was the pool bar staff which was NOT good. Had to wait a very long time for service both times I visited. Also once they finally took my order it took nearly 20 minutes to get my drink which was a simple beer in a can. I have been a bartender before in Hollywood, CA at a night club so I recognize poor bartenders and poor bar service.

Great location! Staff were very polite and welcoming. Our hotel room was excellent. Their breakfast buffet has great selections. Amazing infinity pool on the rooftop. One thing I was worried about is, they sell pool passes to non guest, but I was surprised that there weren’t a lot of people at the pool which was great! Overall, an excellent stay and will definitely be back.

I have stayed at Bai more than 10x but I noticed the past 2x that the air conditioning in the room was either too cold or when off, the room seemed to get warm quickly. The previous stay the air con in the room was damp and I was able to change the room before settling in. This time I did not try to change and I ended up with a cold. The front desk & restaurant staff are always pleasant and try to be helpful. The location is in walking distance to the ParkMall and some other restaurants and nightlife at City Times Square.
