Great place to stay at when in Cebu. The reception staff, housekeepers and kitchen/dining staff were very courteous, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast did not disappoint. Every hot items were made fresh. Easy access to SM JM Center.

Bathrooms are smaller, with toilet next to the basin. If you are a basic traveller this shouldn't be an issue. Also rooms are smaller. This is an inn, not an hotel. If you a traveller who loves big space, and your height and weight requires space then feel free to book elsewhere. If you are fit, a travelling tourist who likes basic things, I would recommend this place. Airport pick up and drop off is free. However, you must always book in advance.

The property is connected to SM Mall Cebu. Its a beautiful mall with tons of dining options. What is really remarkable is the staff here at Toyoko Inn. They are extremely friendly and kind. They all communicate very well with guests and assist in every way they can. I was meant to spend one night only here, but seeing the overwhelming friendliness of the staff, I decided to extend and stay on for two additional nights.

The location is safe for solo or family travelers, they are all very kind and respectful, and when in a new country you want reliability and this place has reliability in abundance. This was a good place to stay if you have excursions booked. There’s nothing around the area other than a mall. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was nice — however I booked a massage hours in advance and when I arrived they weren’t prepared or didn’t expect me. So that was disappointing. But as I said, if I had things to do, I would stay again. But if you want to explore on your own — stay in Cebu city proper or near the airport.

Check in was good . Got to the room and it was not to bad . Went for a welcome drink that was not great and only pineapple juice. The breakfast I didn't even eat . Would not ever stay here again ..
