Good food, horrible customer service
Before you book, call/confirm the amenities listed are *actually* included with the room. I booked this hotel because the listing (on many sites) said quick walk to the beach, airport shuttle and free breakfast. None of this was accurate. After booking, I shared my flight info for the shuttle and was told "we do not offer this service." When I arrived at the hotel and asked about breakfast, the woman at the front desk (who honestly needs to go into a new line of work that does not involve customer service), told me "this is not part of your reservation." I showed her my reservation where free breakfast was listed -- she refused and said I was incorrect. And the "quick walk" to the beach is approx an hour. There are shortcuts through other resorts, but they informed their paths are off-limits to non-guests. I asked the woman to help call a taxi to go into town (yes, it was the off-season but still, the hotel is not located near ANYTHING) and she literally said "no." I was prepared to walk until I could find a taxi, but when I got to the front desk the SECURITY GUARD offered to help me. The room was fine, but shower door broke the second night and they asked I move to a new room. In the new room, the AC barely worked (it was 40 degrees outside), the shower was INFESTED with ants and the linens were not clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff there were nice. If you're looking for a place with ANY kind of customer service -- avoid!

Amazing little secluded village
The hotel is 5 min away from the beach the room was probably the biggest I ever stayed in and I just booked a basic room. Two massive balconies. It's about an hour and half from the airport but well worth the travel and you can easily get a prepaid taxi from the airport for very cheap

rooms are good, hotel is good. But the complimentary breakfast was very poor. The complimentary buffet breakfast only head aloo parantha n butter to eat. No juice, no eggs, no variety (eg.south indian/ english).

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff did spend a lot of time watching television in the bar instead of checking if we needed more drinks or food. Rooms were spotless and very modern. The only drawback was getting to the beach. One had to walk through a dirt track to get to the beach but it was well worth it when we arrived. We also found a lovely restaurant "Café Nu". Just ask anyone for directions. Limited menu but very tasty. We do love Goa wherever we stay.

Nice hotel but not close to the beach.
The place was relaxing and very laid back perfect if you want to have a quiet time. THe rooms were clean, nice and spacious.Staff was courteous overall cleanliness of hotel was excellent.

Comfortable get away!
We came in from a New Delhi stay at Leela Palace so it may have skewed our perception a tad. This was a very nice get away ... very chill and a great place to regroup from the craziness of the New Year's celebration.

We went here in August and enjoyed our stay here. But constantly hearing that it was 'out of season' got boring. We knew it was out of season when booking! Room was lovely - very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was very good. Plenty of hot water, good air con. Room lived up to description. Pool was amazing. Service was okay.

Gut geeignet für Touristen
Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Anlage, leider waren kurz vor Beginn der Hauptsaison noch massive und lautstarke Bauarbeiten im Gange, teilweise direkt vor der Zimmertüre und von morgens bis abends. Hier hätte sich das Hotel kulanter zeigen müssen. Frühstück recht einfach, Restaurant ansonsten ok.

Отель очень новый и чистый. Но месторасположение не совсем понравилось. До пляжа необходимо идти минут 10 через очень замусоренную территорию. Прямо на пляже огромная свалка мусора. Вообще по сравнению с Ашвемом очень замусоренный поселок.

Excellent séjour avec plage tranquille à proximité
Nouvel hotel neuf très propre et bien agencé avec piscine. Les chambres sont très agreables avec balcon donnant sur la piscine. Seul hic; le bruit avec la construction d'autres hotels en cours à proximité.
