Great room, respectful staff & location was perfect, the view was immaculate

Staff were quite rude and ignored me, it took two days to do three pairs of clothes for cleaning,we complained at the desk and the man did not care simply ignoring us,we asked him again and then he replied saying that we had a outstanding bill for buffet food which was not be try nice, the woman who checked us in and out kept on demanding for a good review, breakfast was okay, the room was not cleaned for two days even though I explicitly asked the housekeeping man and desk to clean the room, the spa was okay with a nice pool but we had to wait two days to be able to use the steam room, the man in the spa had told us to book it so we tried to book it later on the same day but we were told to book it the next morning, we booked next morning at 11 am but they told us it was women only at this time.

Nice and clean hotel to stay good for family.

Very accommodating. Checking and checkout amazing timing. Breakfast was good. Staff polite. Thank you

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I would suggest the hotel to have better insulation as cold air kept creeping through whilst it was already cold. The bed sheet were slightly stained which was disappointing. The main building of the hotel was pretty and the breakfast was just okay nothing spectacular. There was free parking available for those driving. The hotel is a 15/20 mins drive to Mall Road. The staff at the hotel were kind and professional.
