Staying at The Cove was absolutely amazing. The pool at The Reserve was adults only and peaceful. It was huge, never crowded and the people serving drinks were always very polite and friendly. You have access to all parts of Atlantis and also shuttles operating 24 hours for guests of The Cove. Food and drink prices are somewhat higher than I’m used to but the quality is excellent. The casino is hit and miss, I did have one good night and the dealers are always pleasant. I would definitely recommend going even if I still had small children. Plenty to do and see there, just bring your money.😁

Beautiful resort, but very disappointing experience — especially for a special occasion I would honestly think twice before choosing Atlantis for a special occasion. We came expecting a memorable experience, and unfortunately, the service and attention to detail did not match what you would expect from a resort at this price point. Our bed was broken during our stay. We reported it, were told someone would come to replace or fix it, and no one ever came. Having to repeatedly deal with an issue that should have been resolved quickly was extremely frustrating. The staff also felt very indifferent throughout our stay. There was very little effort to anticipate our needs, offer assistance, or make us feel like valued guests. For a resort of this size and cost, I expected a much higher level of hospitality. The biggest issue for us was accessibility and navigating the resort with a stroller. Atlantis is enormous, and getting around with a stroller was far more difficult than expected. There are stairs, long detours, difficult-to-find elevators, and routes that are not particularly intuitive. This is especially frustrating for families with young children or anyone with mobility limitations. Other guests have reported similar challenges, so this is clearly an area that could use significant improvement. Atlantis is undeniably beautiful, and there is a tremendous amount to do, but the experience felt more like navigating a massive property than being cared for as a guest.

Great last minute vacation. The resort is very nice, staff is very friendly and the food is great. We also tried many other restaurants on the island. The beach is very clean and the pool is great. Front desk is very helpful and contrary to some other reviews, we were never approached for buying any units. Construction of phase 2 tower nearby is very quiet.
