Clean but bed was not comfortable

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent. The only complaint I have is the bed. It must have been a memory foam mattress and it clearly was remembering someone else. It was not comfortable sleeping in a cavern made by someone else. I tried both beds in the room and they both had the same problem.

Pro: staff was very nice, breakfast was available each morning, room service cleaned the rooms each day. Con: the property is a little run down, smells like hot dog water, the train is very loud, you can hear guests opening/ closing their doors, heater would turn off and on, thin blankets, the property is no smoking but the room smelled liked stale cigarettes
