Breakfast was way too early 630 am pool was closed front desk asked us 3 times to checkout before 11am starting from 10 when we were getting coffee and getting packed up only plus point was the night guy was very nice and the hotel was clean the shampoo bottles were a waste of plastic size of thimbles and not useful should have reusable system also Walmart Brand yogurt no bacon sausage only eggs and hash brown

Great if you're looking for a hotel while on business. The only thing that drags it down is, nothing to do in JC. Otherwise, I'd go here again. Plenty of spots to eat in walking distance though.

After booking and calling to ask for at least one of our two rooms to be downstairs as one in our party was disabled, I was told 1st come 1st serve and it couldn't be held for us. I didn't understand that as they weren't being just held, they were prepaid. However, when we got there, the employee on duty gave us both rooms on the main floor and was very pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated it. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and door card worked perfectly each time. We stayed in several Quality Inn's this trip, this one was the cleanest and best updated. We appreciate you!
