Good location, poor transfer service
Basic airport hotel, as advertised & expected. Close to airport & in a complex with fast food restaurants which was useful given the short stay between flights. Wouldnt advice using airport transfer that they advertise. Was told toncall when in arrivals area which we did. Staff didn't seem to know where the driver was & if pick up was even an option. They eventually said it would be at least an hour before we could be picked up. We got a grab instead as didnt want to wait this long. Transfer back to the airport was advertised at running every 30 minutes & we were asked to pre-book this. We booked for the 5am pick-up & were eventually picked up at 5:20am. Reception staff weren't particularly helpful at chasing this. Overall would recommend for a single night between flights but would advice using grab for taxis instead of relying on transfers

nicely located near the airport but that comes with airplane traffic noise, it didn’t bother me - clean room, airport shuttle and a free breakfast but didn’t access it as our flight was super early but appreciated that it was included and lots of dining options near by

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and tidy, however, very noisy with traffic and planes. Had to climb massive step to get into shower room. No kettle in room but water dispenser around somewhere on floor couldnt find it

Excellent service by all hotel staff. The free shuttle to airport is added bonus. I have to tip the driver as if i’ve taken a grab taxi. One suggestion to hotel management: please install at least one or two handle bars in the shower room, floor as it is very slippery and nothing to grab on. The staff has cautioned me on the slippery floor.

It's a rypical 3 star hotel. Staff is helpful and nice. Lots of ants hiding in the walls. Lots of scratches, marks and cracks in the walls, floor and bathroom tile.

I was assigned to Room 8, there was a problem with the washroom, water is not draining well. There is always a water left over on the floor that doesn’t dry. Slipper is not provided. So you need to use your outdoor shoes and when you step on the water it becomes muddy.

I have to say, for people needing a smooth airport shuttle service, quick sleep, this is a perfect place. They are also flexible on the check in and breakfast according to my sched. The only downside is i was placed in the room near the reception which is very noisy. However, this is just a little exchange to the other things important to me which was addressed. Someone needing a quickstop over from provice whilst waiting for my international airport flight. Hence i give excellent review. Thank you.

For Those on a limited budget - only!
For those on a VERY LIMITED budget - a poor-quality hotel with a no-window messy room with airplanes flying overhead all night. We had a 16 hour stopover in Manila and chose a cheap hotel - big mistake. Would not stay there again!

MANILA AIRPORT SEPTEMBER 2024
I had an 0530hrs flight to Hong Kong so this was the perfect location. Close to the airport and with a free shuttle bus. Good choices for food within a 200 metre walk and a shop in the hotel also with drinks and food. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
