Perfect spot to enjoy city vibes
Really easy check in, even though we arrived to Manila in the evening. Just had to text the provided number and pick up the access key from the security desk. Room is a great size for 2 and everything is in good condition, including the bed and AC. And of course the biggest draw is the walkability in BGC which is my favorite place in Manila. For all these perks, I found the price to be extremely reasonable, and I look forward to coming back.
It’s my husband who stayed at this property. He loved the place since it’s very convenient to everything.
The place is clean. Easy to communicate with the management.

Do not book for 4 people!!
We booked the 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults - this room DOES NOT sleep 4 adults, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed that is it.
We asked for a bed for the 4th guest and we were brought a small futon to go on the floor you would give to a child at a sleepover!
Hotels.com advertising daily house keeping, housekeeping didn't come once even to empty the bins
The room was a little more tired than expected but on a positive is in a great location in BGC
This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and the last one was in December 2016 with my wife. I'd say, if room 3A's condition is similar to its other rooms, it definitely has deteriorated over the years. First, room 3A's A/C unit was not cooling enough the room even if you put to the lowest temperature setting. Me and my dad were sweating in the middle of the night! The switch in the bathroom is also hard to reach since the washer and dryer are blocking it so we had to just keep it on. The light inside the room are not enough to illuminate the room. I was not briefed about the "servicing" of this serviced apartment, but during my 3 nights stay, my room was not cleaned nor tidied up. The location is great, but other than that, I'd say you can consider the other serviced properties in BGC.
Overall the place was good however there were too many transients in the building that made waiting for the elevators a little annoying. Also, the kitchen has a smell as you enter the unit.
The hot water in the bathroom didnt work, so we were not able to take a hot shower. We called yo have it fixed but the never showed up. It was still broken when we checked out the next day.
The elevator broke while we were there trapping several people inside for a long time.
The washer / dryer did not properly waah and dry our clothes... so we had to air dry them for several hours and still had to travel with wet clothes...
