needs a makeover
This hotel badly needs a makeover. The room hallway is reeking of cigarettes. The room smells odious from the musty floor rug. The furniture is decrepit, and the faded fabrics look unsanitary. The bath towels are old and yellowish.

When i stayed there the elevator was broken and my room was in the 21st floor. It took more than 30 minutes to go up because there was only 1 elevator working. It was a terrible experience. I will never stay in this hotel again

Arrived on time for check in and was told wouldnt be able to check in till afte 7. Was woken up every morning at 7 am by jackharming due to construction on the floor below me. Went to front desk and asked to change rooms or be compensated for all the issues and they said theres nothing they can do. Will never stay here again

the hotel was just Okay, yet in the same price range we could have got better. Staff blurts out your room number without any concerns for safety. After sharing that it is a safety concern, it fell on def ears. Staff told us they were fully booked and can not extend. Yet we were able to find it no problem online and then extended.

Time to Upgrade and Remodel
Centrally located. Used the in-house spa and it was wonderful. Everything was great... except the overall condition. It is an older building, but needs many upgrades. Mainly the carpet from years of neglect and cigarette burns everywhere.
