The staff did not help when we needed it. The place had mold and water staining on the walls snd ceiling. The AC was terrible. The locations neighborhood felt unsafe.

Nice stay
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with the wifi however they repaired the problem very quickly. While staying, go to the lounge downstairs and enjoy the live music. The hotel is within walking distance of anything you may need, and public transportation is teadily available.

The hotel was very good, but the carpet in my room was in terrible condition (old, with LOTS of stains) and the AC was not really adjustable. The location is far away from the trains. Of course, there is bus transportation, but traffic is unimaginably heavy for most of the day. So, getting to other parts of Manila takes a long time. Everything else was GREAT. The hotel staff was super friendly, and I could even request changing the bedsheets as often as I wanted to. I didn't try the breakfast, because there are much cheaper (and high quality) dining options around the hotel.

The staff were probably the best part of the experience. All were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The pool area wasnt the cleanest, could be better. However l, still enjoyable. Didnt get a chance to try the food at the hotel, the menu was slightly expensive, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Outside the hotel wasn't the cleanest and when going out at night, when it was cooler, you need to be careful.

Great hotel and very affordable! The staff was very pleasant and Mark helped me move rooms and gave me ideas to go eat. Micah switched my cake out to one that was better amd eas happy to do so, thank you! Upgraded me to a nicer room after a leak in my room, very nice of them. Close to Burgess Street and places to eat. Safe and about 30 min from airport, but check traffic it is really bad there and crazy! Great value, staff, clean, great shower, Gym and Pool on 5th floor and a rooftop bar on the 27th floor. Restaurant in hotel is nice and staff is always smiling, guest friendly too. Thank you Berjaya!
