Booked a deluxe king room and we are very pleased of the accommodation. It’s beautiful, spacious, clean and the bathroom is roomy. I would say that the Firefly Resto at the rooftop with amazing skyline view at night made our 3 night’s stay even more special. The ambiance and food were incredible!

The lift facilities weren’t good. It took over 30 minutes to get a lift down to the ground floor. Eventually, we had to go down 14 flights of stairs. Some f the stairwell was unlit and peoples’s clothes were down there. We saw another couple carrying their luggage down the stairwell/ fire escape. No doubt they had to catch their flight. was dangerous and unacceptable. When we told the staff at reception, they did not care. This was not a 5 star hotel.

The staff was definitely welcoming and helpful to accommodate for my family to get us a room that was ready by their check in time despite the busy period. The ambience was focused on cleanliness and view from the rooftop where you can also relax by the pool was excellent. Value for money indeed.
