Room is in good size and clean, breakfast is OK but nothing too fancy. Gym is very good. We didn't have not water in the shower the first day, I went down to complain the second day and they said they'll send somebody to check. We came back and again didn't have hot water in the shower. At the reception, they claimed they called us twice (during the day, we were out of course) to confirm it it's OK to enter the room. They didn't send anybody, and of course didn't let us know. Their response: we'll send somebody now so next time you'll come it will be ready! Not going to happen...

The all staff make feel coming back in family. From the front door Omar, Benji, Jonathan, the cool staff at front desk the 3 J & K, I mean Jini, Jane, and the new one (only 3 month at job, she knowhowtodealwithcustomers "JA" and Kim. And the special one my floor house keeping "Leslie" tumb up to her as prefer turn her day off down to come to work. And what a wonderful staff at Roofdeck staff, Grace,Mina, Shane and the man Richie.How about the Bistrot staff for breakfast, my shorty Queen of the bistro Queeny and her partner Jessa.

Really enjoyed the hotel! Staff is very nice and friendly! Internet is reliable and fast. TV has some international Chanels. Rooftop pool is nice. Like the buffet breakfast. There is a supermarket 150 meter away. The only downside was the elevators, sometime a little busy during peak time. Definitely recommend and will come back.

It was good enough for our 3 nights. The roof swimming pool and bar on the top floor has a good view of the city. Close to restaurants and Jollybees. But it’s a bit challenging to get a Grab due to the traffic.
