There was a queue for the check-in upon our arrival which is inevitable but the speed of the check-in process could be improved. When you’ve had a long day of travel and your stay is already paid for there should be an express check-in separate so you can just receive the necessary information and room key needed for your stay. The hotel is amazing will definitely stay again, clean and staff were friendly and helpful when we asked to arrange our transfer to the airport.

Concierge was excellent Room in need of serious maintenance electric socket loose , scratched furniture, safety box not working, hard pillows , low water pressure , and humidity smell , gym temporarily closed, no complimentary steam or sauna Also, the hotel is located in the middle of a casino, so you need to cross the casino to go to shops and restaurants , not very convenient and friendly as security is kind of intimidating, also very noisy due to the constant casino machines Not good value for money, and definitely not a relaxing experience

Our stay was comfortable, convenient and very relaxing. Nobu hotel was not crowded unlike the nearby hotels. The reception was very helpful. We will definitely go back there.

I did not like waiting many minutes for how water to heat up and the water pressure is so slow compared to other hotels like New World Makati. Then the food was poor again compared to other hotels. Had to go to Hyatt to Eat

Similar rates to Okada and Solaire which are very near this property but of the three this one is my least favorite. Difficult to navigate the facility/casino, very dated rooms, and by far worst amenities and dinning of the three.

Location is ideal, a lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel is in excellent condition, room is very spacious and clean. Hotel staffs are very welcoming and professional. I recommend their spa, the service offered was great and very relaxing.
