My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. Their coordination and their thoughtful acts of thoughtfulness made us feed so special. This is definitely a hotel we will want to come back to in Manila.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, and safe. I loved the staff, they are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Food options either in the hotel restaurants or the mall near by is really great. We could not use the pool area as it was raining when we stayed there but the pool looked really good.

Conrad Manila made our staycation for a 2-day concert at the Mall of Asia Arena so comfortable, convenient, relaxing and enjoyable. All staff were warm, polite, helpful and welcoming, acknowledging us as fans of the musicians who were performing. Hospitality like that makes us want to come back again. We enjoyed the swimming pool, restaurants and room service very much as well. The food was excellent, everything we ate was fresh, delicious and made with the best ingredients. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The bed was so comfortable. The property is well maintained. We booked a deluxe room with a bay view and it was beautiful. The only downside is that, through no fault of the hotel's, the bay view is set to disappear once the government's land reclamation project is completed.
