Pleasantly surprised by this property. It was a comfortable stay in Makati. Many surrounding areas for food options. Convenient location to go anywhere in Metro Manila. Our room was on the 14th floor. It had amazing views of the skyline and surrounding areas. It was clean and spacious. They had a nice rooftop dining area and a pool. If I had no other choice, I don't mind coming back here to stay again. Staff was also very accomodating. I asked for assistance several times and they were prompt and friendly.

Unpolish routine room cleaning, didn’t replace the used water glass or refill the teas and coffees. Slow room service request or no show when we ask for extra towels or extra teas. The area is ok if you like bars and night life. The hotel rooms are ok. Facility is ok. The pool area has a nice view, but the pool itself is too deep for adult, like 5ft deep. Also they put stairs instead of slow down slope which is for me is unsafe, my son & I tripped off few times, we’re fine though. All in all, it’s an okay experience.

Mid range hotel in the Poblacion area of Makati. This hotel had poorly trained and unhelpful staff at front desk - check in and check out were slow and torture filled. Cleaning staff did the bare minimum each day. The gym is basically a broom closet with a treadmill and nothing else. The pool is small and lacks space for hotel guests. The check out and cleaning staff tried a Filipino cheap hotel scam of an extra charge for cleaning a supposedly "dirty" towel. Given that every hotel stay has 1 or more dirty towels, then this scam trick presumably works on people unfamiliar with cheap hotels and in a rush. There are plenty of similar mid range hotels in the Makati area that do not resort to these scams, so we suggest to choose elsewhere.

Front door greeter were helpful and nice and have good eddict, but was forced to check out due to being booked for the day and had very poor room cleaning with cleaning plates in sink in bathroom and just putting them back and skipped our room couple times even asked for cleaning and shut off our card for elevator and was unable to have more time to pack and leave on our forced check out

Great location! Staff were very nice and accommodating. We had a pet with us. Stay was great! Only wish there was some parking for hotel guests. We parked at the mall a couple blocks down the street which was fine but difficult when raining. Parking was also 500 php/night which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, very pleasant stay
