I like how clean the property is and its in the middle of everything such as restaurants and shopping malls. The only thing I’ve noticed, the staff aren’t very friendly and welcoming.

Ive come every year an stayed here in the last 3 yrs. Last yr I brought my daughter with me on vacation. The front receptionists were rude an not very welcoming her. This year i had the same experience with the front receptionists. Even my Felipino friend said theyre rude to their customers. The security/door guys up front were extremely helpful with our bags an very friendly. Give those guys a raise. They make your guest feel very comfortable once the vehicle arrives at the front door. Overall, its a good clean hotel to stay at once you pass the receptionists

First off, I was placed in room 717 corner unit which had no shower door. Water went everywhere as I was told not to worry about making a mess. Worst part was the noise!! Every door closing was loud!! Terrible experience and not worth the price!! People book here for the price and location but this place is a dump!! Front desk girl never believe when I told her my shower had no door. She even asked to see my pictures and made me feel uncomfortable.

It’s well located , but very busy during check in checkout. Hotel is in a red light district with lots of beggars , hawkers and sex workers. Lower floors are noisy Breakfast is average whilst room rates are relatively high Mediocre value for money

Prices are fare for American prices and services. However the Philippines' food and room service are on the high side for the Philippines. Rooms public areas are clean. No juice or expresso at the breakfast. Just brew coffee option. Food presentation good. Taste good. Have 2k Peso they really don't want cc holds for service. They will take CC at the bar and pool. Both excellent.

Excellent stay here. Hotel itself is quiet but area around is loud. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. I also loved the lounge with the pool area with the restaurant. It was great how the restaurant has specialties on certain days & even has cards in your room about them.
